Good Tidings recently came to my home to install a new boiler. From the moment I got on the phone with them I knew I selected the right company. Excellent customer service and easy scheduling pinpointed to the time I needed, not an outrageously long window of time.

The technician explained the process in clear terms and explained the pricing honestly, so I could see my options. No high pressured sales tactics, recommendations or suggestions to purchase unnecessary products or additional equipment from them.

As promised, the work was completely quickly, quietly and cleanly! I can honestly say I am a satisfied customer and will not seek services from another company. The technicians were friendly and started working immediately.

I will continue to use Good Tidings again in the future as they were so honest, upfront and friendly from the start. Good Tidings offers what many other companies won’t; fair pricing, professional knowledgeable technicians (who clean up when they leave), great customer service, and they show up on time.

The sump pump in our house died at what naturally had to be the worst possible time, and Good Tidings really stepped up for us. I was able to get in contact with their overnight call center who was able to get me set up for a plumber to come over first thing in the morning. Ben showed up nice and early and did a great job explaining what was going on with the pump, and was able to get it replaced right away. He was also kind enough not to mock my MacGyver mini sump pump/hose contraption that I threw together to get us through the night. Overall we couldn’t be happier, they were able to get the pump fixed right away, and saved us a lot of stress. Special thanks to Ben for doing a great job all around.
